What is your take on the exact nature of that value proposition?
I just noticed that only the 10 most recent uploads are accessible with the free account. WTF?! This is an either pay or shove off proposition

I finally got it about uploading a bunch of stuff, sparing FBdN’s storage and hooking into to some kind of community in the process. I mean, maybe some joneser might really dig the RPG “Jam in A” from 2004! Plus the user experience seems relatively nice.
But yeah, I didn’t pick up on the 10 most recent uploads requirement (I did get the 5x per month part for free accounts). That sucks! I guess they’d like to make some money, unlike YouTube, which is reportedly http://tinyurl.com/l2g7f4 losing hundreds of millions of dollars for Google. (story says Google doesn’t particularly care, given deep pockets and ancillary benefits from YT, whatever those might be).
