Kawasaki Wisdom: Six Sentence Emails

After a bit of a hiatus, I picked up Guy Kawasaki’s Enchantment the other night. I’m enjoying all the pro tips. Here’s one on email; I believe it’s true, if hard to live by.

Keep it to six sentences. Of the hundreds of thousands of e-mails people have sent me, I cannot recall one that was too short. Ninety-five percent, by contrast, are too long. The ideal length is six sentences or fewer…
